"I work quite intuitively, letting the process itself decide what happens on the canvas, using the model, birds or other props as well as thoughts on color combinations as a starting point. The result expresses a search for harmony and inner peace in the way we relate to ourselves, other living beings and our natural surroundings."
Louise Camille Fenne was born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1972. She attended the Florence Academy of Art in Italy where she studied traditional drawing and painting techniques. Today she exhibits mostly in the United States and is represented by Ann Long Fine Art, Charleston, South Carolina and Principle Gallery in Alexandria, Virginia.
